Having stiff hips when making a swing will affect your shot. If your body is not relaxed enough, you won’t be able to perform an effortless backswing or downswing. Plus, you may end up injuring yourself.

Go Easy on Yourself

Yes, you don’t have to leave golf, but you shouldn’t push yourself too hard. If you feel like it’s getting too difficult to complete a full round of golf, or if you’re experiencing body aches and pains, take it easy. Have realistic expectations! A few holes every week can help your mobility, stamina, and joint stiffness, but don’t overdo it.
